How to claim your benefits with InterCare+

This Plan is intended to and does only apply to your table top. This Plan is not for Your commercial use and may not be used by You in furtherance of any private gain including, but not limited to, seeking service for tables owned by others and which are not covered by this Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, You may not sell, transfer, subcontract, delegate, or assign any of Your rights under this Plan. Interdesk has the right to monitor Your service requests to ensure compliance. Violation of this provision may void this Plan. 

Duration of coverage

Intercare+ stands valid for 10 years from the date of purchase.

What InterCare+ covers

  1. Wear and Tear: Evidence of significant wear or damage affecting functionality.
  2. Accidental Damage: Damage due to unforeseen accidents such as spills or impacts.
  3. Defects: Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity or usability of the tabletop.
  4. Material Degradation: Evidence of material degradation impacting the performance or aesthetics.
  5. Structural Issues: Any issues compromising the stability or adjustability of the desk.

What InterCare+ does not cover

  1. Damage resulting from intentional misuse.
  2. Damage caused by alterations of the table.
  3. Loss or theft of the tabletop.

Swapping conditions

  1. Limited to 1 for 1 swaps only.
  2. Not interchangeable between products.
  3. Swaps are allowed only for the same table top color and size. Swapping one color table top for another will not be entertained.
  4. Table top swaps are subject to availability.
  5. Any intentional damage or system abuse will not be entertained.
  6. InterCare+ team reserves the right to reject any requests after assessment of the tabletop.

Product eligibility

 Exclusive to original Interdesk table tops, defined as the flat surface component designed specifically for use with Interdesk height-adjustable desks. Available only to Classic and Pro users. Customers of MysticTimber can contact Interdesk should they require any service or replacement of their tabletop.

Pricing policy

Price of tabletop swaps will be refreshed on a yearly basis due to inflation. The price of the tabletop swap on the day of purchase and the price of tabletop swaps beyond a year may vary.

Upfront cost: $59.90

Table top swap: $99/$109/$119

for 100x60cm, 120x60cm and 140x60cm respectively.

Pro

Upfront cost: $79.90

Table top swap: $99/$109/$119

100x60cm, 120x60cm and 140x60cm respectively.

1. Termination of Policy:

  1. The InterCare+ policy is non-transferable and will be terminated upon any resale or transfer of the original tabletop.
  2. InterCare+ reserves the right to terminate this plan at any given moment regardless of reason.
  3. Interdesk reserves the right to discontinue this service at any given time.
  4. Any attempts at fraud, misrepresentation, or gaming of the system will result in immediate termination of the policy without refund.

2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.

3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4. Modification of Terms: Intercare+ reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Interdesk website or other communication channels.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall InterCare+ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the InterCare+ service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Cancellation Rights: Customers have the right to cancel their InterCare+ Policy for Interdesk Tabletop Swaps at any given moment. However, it's important to note that cancellation of the policy does not entitle the customer to a refund. Once the cancellation request is made, the policy will be terminated immediately, and any remaining coverage or benefits will be forfeited without reimbursement.
